All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. (During sale periods or new releases, processing times may take longer). You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders over $150 will receive FREE standard shipping or choose express shipping at a discounted rate of $6.
For orders below $150, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12 and express at a flat rate of $16.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 5 days of the expected delivery date (as indicated on the tracking page), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change of Mind - For change of mind returns, the order amount refunded will be minus the original cost of freight to ship the goods (including orders that qualified for free shipping) and the customer is responsible for the cost of freight to return the goods to us.
Faulty Products - If your return is regarding a faulty product, and we require you to send the faulty item/s back, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item/s, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to then process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still can't see the refund to your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
